during middle school, owning a white sweater was the “in” thing to do, and i did not have a white sweater. so of course i begged my mom to purchase me a beautiful off-white sweater of future bliss&happiness, and then she replied by telling me to try not to buy any article of clothing that was just the color white.

i retaliated her offensive comment by not talking to her for the rest of the day. of course at the time i didn’t understand that what she just told me was not to crush my dreams of becoming the most popular person in middle school, but practical advice for me since i am the world’s most dirtiest and careless person when it comes to clothes.

as i look at the sleeve ends of my dark pink hollister sweater, i can only imagine the disaster that would have taken place if my mom allowed me to buy a white sweater….at the very least, it would have turned gray.

but what i wonder is, how in the heck do the sleeves of my sweaters/jackets get so much dirtier compared to the rest of the outwear as a whole??!! it’s crazy i tell you…

so if you ever see me with rolled up sleeves, you probably know why… :/ :)

bytheway, my right foot hurts, as if i kicked a metal door the previous day. but i like to walk around places real slow so i guess in a way, it’s alright…
